Amazon Account Health Specialists

Talent Solutions International is in search of an Amazon Account Health Specialist.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
– Monitoring Performance notifications, A-Z claims, metrics, etc.
– Weekly account audit and listing audit.
– Checking and resolving listing-level and account-level issues.
– Monthly reporting and review of accounts growth.
– Monitoring and updating of trackers: case log, account health trackers, issue trackers, etc.
– Creating A+ content, brand store, and uploading videos and images.
– Reporting account’s progress.
– Updating the master data sheet.
QUALIFICATIONS:
– Well familiar with Amazon
– At least 1 year of Amazon work experience
– Well communicative, fluent, and confident in the English language both oral and written.
– Fast learner, can work in a fast-phasing environment, and open-minded.
– Committed, organized, and keen on details.
– Can work independently with minimal supervision.
– Ability to provide quality work.
– Knows how to prioritize tasks.
– Works with ethics, values, and integrity.
